At Soulfit we offer a wide range of indoor & outdoor classes, that aim to provide variety and help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our experienced team of trainers individually program all sessions and no two classes are ever the same. We are open 7 days a week from 5am-10pm.
Soul Fit offers childminding 5 days a week indoors from 9am-12pm Monday to Friday. We also offer childminding at our outdoor sessions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Childminding is for children from the age of 6 weeks onwards. Kim and Sue are our amazing team that look after our Soul Fit kids!
At Soul Fit we offer every new member a personalized exercise program. This program starts with one of our trainers going through a member's medical and history and any injuries. Following on from this, our trainer will create a customised training plan catered to your goal.
The weekly challenges certainly did push me out of my comfort zone but loved how they changed it up!
When the body started to change my motivation levels increased, loved this challenge and so pumped that I finished it! Could not have been possible without all the support from the amazing girls at the gym, my happy place and all the other ladies on the challenge! Absolutely no way could have done this without Loz, my challenge buddy, workout friend, support pal! She kept me on track and motivated.
What I love about SoulFit, is that from the first day I walked through those doors every single trainer knew my name and took the time to get to know me. Throughout the years I have had the support of Alita and Alex through many aspects of my life and it has always been my happy place. I also love that the crèche has been available making it very easy for me to bring all 4 of my children with me when I needed to.
Soul fit is a fitness studio that genuinely cares about the wellbeing of members. I’ve been a member for over four years. During this time Alita, Alex and the wonderful trainers have supported my fitness goals by creating an environment that meets my needs as a busy mother with a demanding career. I’ve always loved being active and with the many timetabled classes, childcare options and lots of understanding, I’ve been able to maintain a high level of fitness at Soul Fit. They really do make maintaining an active lifestyle easier!
As a member of SoulFit, I feel that we are a part of a very special community, that supports one another. I love the trainers and the friendships that I have made through my time at the gym. But what I love the most, is that I am always being challenged in my health and well-being journey. The sessions are always different and the trainers know how to bring variety in the range of exercises. I always feel so much better after a great session at the gym, I even like it when my muscles are sore the next day. My training at the gym has helped me in so many ways, to keep me focused, happy, active, mentally-strong, healthy and physically stronger.
